This place was great! The location so close to the beach was perfect. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. They also had everything you could need in the house to make the stay wonderful.

Lindsey’s place was just what we were looking for. We have been going to Topsail Island for many many years and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed at! From convenience, to host responsiveness, to privateness of the place even being a duplex, this was just what our family was looking for as our annual beach trip!

There were 9 of us that stayed. The host, Lindsey, was phenomenal with communication. It was the little things that stood out also. Toiletries such as shampoo, body wash, etc in showers. A goody bag on the counter upon arrival. Nice suggestion of restaurants. The elevator that goes to each floor was a huge plus. Ample parking. Phenomenal ocean views. Would we stay here again, absolutely!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. The location to the beach is exactly what we were looking for. The North Topsail area is private and peaceful. We will be back next year for sure.

House was clean. Would have been better if pool was available and had a ping pong table, cornhole or something more to do. The ocean is beautiful but it was so windy we couldn't really enjoy being there either. There is NOTHING to do with families in town.

We loved this place! The private area was extremely nice and quiet. The house itself is super clean and cozy with plenty of room for big groups of people!

This house was great and had a wonderful setup. There was plenty of living space and many places to sleep. The backyard was fantastic, and it had easy access to the beach. My family loved this place. It was well maintained and provided a great experience! We absolutely loved this house and would love to rent it again. It has a great location!

Beautiful views from both sides of the house. The beds were comfortable and the towels and linens were wrapped to ensure cleanliness. Lindsey was a great host and very responsive. The elevator was such a big help!

Very nice home in a good location for uncrowded beachgoing. Convenient to restaurants, groceries and other shopping. Lindsay is a super responsive host - very quick with answers and assistance. Even on weekends!

This was our second year coming to the area and it was the best trip yet. In fact it was the best trip we’ve ever had to any beach and it was mainly because of Lindsey’s unit. From the time we checked in until we left it was a wonderful stay. Her place is super clean and really feels like being at home. The kitchen is well stocked and every window in the house offered spectacular views. We had one small maintenance issue while we were there and Lindsey had it fixed practically within the hour. I strongly recommend this condo to anyone coming to the area. We will definitely stay here next time we come to North Topsail. Thank you Lindsey for a great week away at the beach!!

I recently stayed at a stunning oceanfront rental house, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sound of the waves and breathtaking views of the sea right from the back porch. The house was beautifully designed with plenty of windows that let in all great natural light.

The layout was perfect for relaxation, with spacious living areas, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. I particularly loved the outdoor space— had multiple decks with very comfortable chairs, and direct access to the sandy beach.

The house was spotless, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can't wait to come back.

Access to the pool was a plus.

Plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 6-13 years old. We originally had 4 kids going but were able to bring one of their cousins to join in. She slept on a blow up mattress in the huge bedroom on the top floor. The bunk bed room was perfect for the other 4 kiddos. The view from the house was amazing. The walk to the beach was so close and easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The elevator was so very helpful with taking luggage and groceries in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

My family enjoyed a fabulous vacation at Lindsey’s home! The house was immaculate and filled with amenities. We loved the easy beach access and the pool was a great place for our kids to perfect their swimming skills. Every window/balcony offered a breathtaking view!! We couldn’t have asked for more. Lindsey was a fantastic host! She was incredibly thoughtful and responsive. Communicating with her felt like chatting with a friend. She responded immediately to inquiries during our trip and before. I appreciated the messages leading up to our vacation. Lindsey made us feel welcome in her home long before we left ours! We are very grateful to Lindsey for facilitating a terrific trip and are hopeful that we will be able to return in the future.

Lindsey’s place was great, exactly as described. I travelled with 5 adults and 2 kids and the space was perfect! The house was clean and well furnished, patio space and hot tub were great and used frequently, and the elevator was a life saver. There’s a paved walkway to the beach with less than a minute walk until you’re on the sand. Outdoor shower and hose were also great. The house is in a great location with lot of restaurants and grocery store less within a 10 minute drive. Location, house and amenities made for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Lindsey’s place. Lindsey was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The beach was close, the pool was great, and the views were amazing. The house had plenty of space for 10 adults including a huge table and large sofa. We cooked in most evenings and the kitchen had everything we needed. There really wasn’t anything in walking distance but shops and restaurants were only about a 20 min. drive. There were also no beach towels or beach chairs at the house so be sure to bring your own. We ended up renting beach chairs and umbrellas from a local company.

The beach house was so lovely- beautiful views from each of the balconies, lots of space for our family and friends, and such easy access to the beach! We loved having the hot tub for chilly days and spent the warmer days walking the beach, finding shells and shark teeth. If you like a less busy, sleepy beach town, this is it. We would definitely rent again!

What a lovely week we experienced in this gorgeous home away from home! The house was exactly as described with very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen , and clean bathrooms. We especially appreciated the extra paper products and soaps/detergents provided by the hose. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a memorable week at the beach.

Our family traveled 2000 miles to visit family. This AirBnB was awesome. The location & everything. We’d like to come again maybe in a warmer month. I would recommend staying here.

The house was simply perfect for our offseason family get together! Lindsey was so communicative and responsive to all of my silly questions prior to check in, and continued to provide clear information and instructions throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a better comfy home and location. We are hopeful and excited to stay again when the pool is open!

Lindsey was best host - always responsive, very helpful. Accomodations were better than descriptions. Location was great. Stores were just minutes away. Would highly recommend for a group place - we planned 10 people for small family reunion.

Truly an idyllic setting, nothing like sleeping to the waves. The amenities are great, the location is beautiful, and in a non peak season it's so peaceful to hang out and just exist. Has everything you could want, and more besides. Would definitely go back!

Lindsey‘s place was the most perfect place! Not only is she a Super host, but everything about Lindsey‘s place made it so that you never want to leave! I contacted Lindsey several times throughout for simple little questions and she was extremely responsive. Everything was just absolutely perfect, I would book Lindsey‘s place 1000 times over!

The location and property is beautiful. Incredible views of the ocean and river inlet. Perfect for relaxing on the decks to enjoy the view. Property is located in a very remote peaceful area.

We had a great stay. The location and layout of the house were perfect. The beach was not crowded, and the pool and hot tub were great amenities. I didn't think we would use the elevator, but it was great taking the luggage and supplies to the different levels. We would definitely book again!
